Terms & refunds

How purchases, licensing and disputes are handled.

Digital goods are final sale

Resources are delivered digitally and instantly through the Cfx.re Keymaster platform. Once the assets are granted to your account, the sale is complete.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for digital products once delivery has finished. Completing a purchase confirms you accept these terms.

License and server keys

Resources are protected by Cfx.re escrow and tied to the server license key on your Keymaster account.

License transfers between server keys are handled in the Keymaster dashboard, not by us.

Before you dispute a payment

Open a ticket first. Most issues are a misconfiguration and are resolved in minutes.

Opening a chargeback without contacting support breaches these terms and results in a permanent store and Discord ban, plus revocation of every associated Keymaster license.
